"Decent weekend, but it felt a bit neglected"
We still had a fun weekend camping, but I’d be lying if I said the place was amazing. The showers were rough, and the campsites didn’t seem especially well looked after. it kind of felt like they were banking on people just enjoying the outdoors enough not to complain too much. Not a terrible trip, just not somewhere I’d rush back to.

"I thought the lineup was really strong..."
I thought the lineup was really strong this year and there were a bunch of acts I was excited to see. That said, I was kind of bummed a few of my favorites weren’t on there. Still had a great time overall, though it was a little disappointing in spots.

"Had a good time at Country Thunder..."
Had a good time at Country Thunder. View was better than I figured, even sitting a little farther back. Screens were easy to see, and we caught most of the stage action.
Gave it 4 stars only because a few spots got blocked when people stood on chairs or packed in front. Still, not bad at all.

"Food and drinks were really good"
Had a really good time out there. The food lines moved faster than I expected, and there were plenty of options, which was nice. Drinks were cold and easy to grab too. that made the whole day a lot better.
"Way too crowded to really enjoy it"
The music was actually fun but the whole place felt chaotic and way too packed. There were a lot of drunk people bumping into everyone and we could barely find any space to just hang out. It kind of took the fun out of the night for us.
"A bit slow getting in, but not bad for the price"
The security line moved slower than I was hoping, which was a little frustrating, but the staff were decent and kept things moving. We got in without too much hassle in the end. For what we paid, I can’t complain too much.
"Refund process was more hassle than expected"
I had a frustrating time trying to sort out a refund or exchange for my tickets. The replies took a while, and it felt like I kept getting passed around without a clear answer. I understand there are policies to follow, but the whole thing could’ve been explained a lot better. It also made me question the overall quality of their customer support. By the end, I was just annoyed and ready to be done with it.

"Fun festival, but the crowds could’ve been managed better"
I did enjoy parts of the festival and there were definitely some nice moments, but the crowd control felt a bit disorganized. Some of the lines were confusing, and it didn’t always seem like staff were sure where people should go. Getting out at the end was also hectic. For the price, I was hoping the overall planning would be a little smoother.

"Pretty decent value, despite the lovely fees"
The tickets definitely weren’t cheap, because apparently nothing fun can be anymore, but for the lineup and the whole weekend atmosphere, it ended up feeling fair. The extra fees were annoying, as expected, but I still had a really good time overall.

I was expecting the schedule to be a little confusing, but it was actually really easy to follow. Everything was laid out clearly, so I didn’t have to spend extra time figuring out what came next.

"I had an okay experience with Country Thunder..."
I had an okay experience with Country Thunder this year, but I did feel a bit misled by some of the info online. The site was usable, but when it came to figuring out tickets and parking, I had more questions than I expected.
The staff got back to me faster than I thought they would, and they were actually really nice about everything. They didn’t make me feel dumb for asking, and they explained what I needed in a straightforward way.
I’m giving 4 stars because the people I talked to were genuinely helpful, but some of the details should be way easier to find upfront. It would’ve saved me some confusion and that feeling of not totally knowing what I was getting into.

"Communication was rough"
We still had a good time once we finally got there. No doubt. But the communication from Country Thunder was not great. Kinda messy. Updates came late. Parking, entry times, what you could bring in. All of it felt unclear.
I kept checking emails. Then socials. Then back again. Still felt like I was guessing half the time. For an event that big, I really expected better info ahead of time. It did not ruin the whole thing, but yeah. Made planning way more stressful than it needed to be.

"I’ll be honest, my snap judgment after..."
I’ll be honest, my snap judgment after doing VIP at Country Thunder was that it was totally worth it. The viewing area was solid, the bathrooms were way better than general admission, and grabbing drinks was painless most of the time. Staff were mostly nice too, which helped. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that the lines got a little chaotic later in the night, and some of the info could’ve been clearer. Still, I’d probably do VIP again

The site was clean all weekend, so I don’t really have any complaints about that. I guess I was just a bit disappointed because I expected the overall experience to feel a little better.

I had a good time overall, but the parking situation was frustrating. It took way too long just to get in, and leaving somehow felt even worse. The staff seemed like they weren’t totally sure where they were supposed to be directing people, which made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. It didn’t ruin the day, but they should’ve had a better plan for handling cars.

"Didn't really feel all that secure"
I don’t know, the security just felt kind of weak to me. Like, maybe it was technically fine, but it didn’t give me much confidence while I was there. Just had that feeling that things weren’t really being watched or handled as well as they should be.

"Support got back to me fast"
I had a question about my ticket order , so I sent customer service an email . They replied quicker than I thought they would and helped me figure everything out . I’m giving 4 stars because I did have to send one follow up , but overall it was a good experience .

"Clean bathrooms, but could’ve used clearer directions"
I was surprised by how clean the bathrooms stayed throughout the weekend. The lines moved better than I expected, and every time I went there was still toilet paper and soap, which is not always the case at festivals. My only thing is I wish the instructions or signs for where to line up were a little clearer, especially when it got busy. Overall though, way better than I thought it would be.

"Better Sound Than I Was Expecting"
I went to Country Thunder this year, the sound quality was better than I expected. The main stage had plenty of volume without feeling overwhelming, and the vocals were generally clear, which I really appreciated. There were a few areas farther back where things got a bit muddy, especially when the bass kicked in, but it wasn’t anything that took away from the experience. For a large outdoor event like this, I’d say they handled the audio well overall...
